+ What if I want a quick logo, or I already have one I want you to use on my website?

We want your business to be successful in seeing a real return on your investment, so we require that all website clients must go through the branding process with us as well to ensure everything is cohesive and well thought-out across the board.

Typically we work with businesses in their first 1-5 years who are ready to reach a new level or pivot. We specialize in small businesses - product-based brands, restaurants, life coaches, home building companies, accountants , photographers, and more.

+ Why do you use Squarespace and Shopify?

As I work with non-technical business owners, I want a platform that empowers them to manage and update their website easily after launch. Squarespace drag-and-drop features make it a breeze to edit. It's also an integrated platform, which means design, domain and hosting can all be managed in one place, saving time and frustration. There's no need to search for plugins or worry about security, as Squarespace development team already handle these. Additionally, Squarespace provides 24/7 online customer support.

+ How much input will I have in the design process?

Your website is all about your business goals and ideal clients. For this reason, you will have a great deal of input for your website design. You'll be able to provide inputs for the design direction at the beginning, as well as two rounds of feedback during the development phase.

+ What do I need to provide?

You’ll be asked to gather contents for your website (images + texts) and answer a questionnaire so that I can understand your business and website vision.

+ When will I have to make the payment?

Your first 50% payment is required at time of booking to secure your design slot on my calendar. The final 50% is due on the day we launch your website.

+ Will you offer tech support once the website has launched?

I’ll provide a personalized Squarespace training during our hands-off call to get you comfortable with editing the site by yourself. You’ll get the video recording of our meeting and 1-week email assistance after our project ends.
